I stored by boat at Anclote Harbors for just over a year and had to move. The management and procedures are horrible. You have to call and give them 1 hour notice to get your boat in the water, no exceptions. So even on a cloudy Wednesday afternoon, 1 hour wait time to get your boat. You also have to give them a security deposit, which other marina’s in the area do not require. I left 3 weeks ago and still have not gotten my security deposit. When I called I got nothing but attitude. However, the biggest issue was the number of times we would call and give the marina an hour notice and show up and our boat was still not in the water. About a dozen times we had to wait and hour and twenty minutes to get out boat. It’s horrible…Parking is also bad. It’s a small place and parking fill up quickly.. On the good side, the dock staff are very polite and nice, but often complain about the management. Bottom line: Would never keep my boat there again!!!!!
