Retirement on 'Endeavour'

The sun was shining as we awoke but clouds soon gathered around midday. Morne Fortune was first to be called to the lifting dock, although apparently, he was 6th on the pecking order list. We were the 3rd boat to go into the lifting dock at 10.30 a.m. but actually didn’t get sited until about 3.30 p.m. We ended up on the hard standing next to Foxtrot pontoon – marvellous, right near the toilets and showers again.
We had arranged to meet Lois and Chris and Janet and Bill (Halcyon Daze) in the bar before going for a meal at ‘Greenhouse’ in Aktas.
