Hello Sailors,

My husband and I are sailling in Turkey since 1999. We enjoy it a lot! Every year we come back again. We go sailing in the area of Fethiye and Göcek.

There is one restaurant we can really recommend you, Karacaoren Restaurant. This restaurant is situated in Karacaoren Bay, about 15 NM from Fethiye.

The bay has mooringlines and someone of the restaurant will help you to fix your line.

My husband and I love it there. We mostly spent 2 nights in this idyllic bay. And we have always a warm welcoming. The food is delicious. They cook it in a traditional eart clay oven!

My husband loves to go snorkling in this bay. This bay is known as the best snorkling place of the area! While my husband is snorkling, I prefer to take a beautifull walk on the mountain up to the garden, wich is on the top of the mountain.

Other great things about this restaurant is that you can get fresh water (for your boat), fresh baked bread and proceduce.

And if you want to have some fun, you should do some watersports, they have bananaboat, ringo’s, waterski and parasailing!

We can’t wait to go back!
